Perdekraal East Wind Farm invites SMMEs from the 4 partner communities (Ceres, Bella Vista, Nduli and Prince Alfred Hamlet) to submit proposals for the design, writing, editing, translating and printing of 3000 newsletters. The project company will provide all the needed information and pictures of all the projects added into the newsletter. 

The following mandatory documentation needs to be submitted to the Project Company: 

• Company Profile or proof/reference of similar services rendered
• Proof of Company registration
• ID document
• BBBEE certificate/Affidavit
• Owner of the Company must be a resident of Ceres, Prince Alfred Hamlet, Bella Vista or Nduli
• Tax Clearance Certificate (Compliant certificate)
• Proof of Bank Account (Not older than 3 months)
• Signed Quotation (pricing Schedule) as below attachment
