Perdekraal East Wind Farm in collaboration with Witzenberg Municipality is hosting a Christmas Market on the above-mentioned dates.

The Project Company invites suitable companies to provide a cost proposal for the following:

The following mandatory documentation needs to be submitted to the Project Company:

• Company profile with proof of similar services rendered for last two years, in the following format:

• Two reference letters from clients for whom similar work has been performed in the last two years. Letter to include client name, contact person and contact numbers.
• Proof of Company registration (CIPC), indicating directors’ details
• Valid BBBEE certificate/Affidavit (not older than twelve months)
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS)
• VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of Bank Account (not older than three months)
• ID Document

SCOPE OF WORK: The Event Coordinator

• Assist in Planning and Organising the event
• Attend bi-weekly/weekly Christmas Market Meetings
• Coordination and management of all the activities at the Kiddies Corner (only Saturday 14 December)
• Foresee that all the activities at the kiddies corner are being collected, placed and setup in correct manner
• Foresee that activities are managed in a proper manner
• See that security guards are on site
• Buy and Collect catering for volunteers and part-time workers
• Assist in coordination of VIP section
• Facilitate Procured items and do third party payments on behalf of the ED Office
• Willingness to accommodate and include any additional goods and services required (will be discussed with selected service provider and implemented as mutually agreed)

The Project Company reserves the right to not appoint, make partial appointment and/or appoint more than one Service Provider.

Procurement of Audiovisual Equipment for Community Health and Wellness Services Enhancement

Perdekraal East Wind Farm invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the procurement of items aimed at enhancing community health and wellness services in the Witzenberg Sub District. The items required:

• 5 x 50-inch Smart Hisense Television sets (must be a smart TV)
• 5 x Full Motion Wall Mounting TV Brackets suitable for 50 inch televisions – 1 Each (for health promotional edutainment in waiting areas)
• 4 x 150W JVC Ultralink trolley speakers or similar (for public address and edutainment during outreach programs)
• Delivery to Ceres Company profile with proof of similar services rendered for last two years, in the following format:
• Proof of Company registration (CIPC), indicating directors’ details
