REQUEST OF QUOTATION Women’s Day Appreciation Packs 

The Perdekraal East Wind Farm will be celebrating Women’s month. The Project Company will be donating 120 appreciation packs to elderly women in the community. 

The Project Company invites suitable SMME’s to supply a cost proposal for the following: 

• 120 x Coral Fleece blankets 125 x 150 cm (preferred colours pink, green, floral, grey and red) 
• 120 x Packets of Amajoya sweets 125g (any flavour) 
• 120 x Pairs of Socks (preferred colours floral, pink, white, grey, and black) 
• 120 x Hand cream (Vaseline Intensive Care cream 75g) 
• 2 x 25-metres of Pink Ribbon 
• Delivery cost to 51 Voortrekker Street, Ceres, 6835 

The following mandatory documentation needs to be submitted to the Project Company: 

• • Company profile with proof of similar services rendered for last three years, in the following format: 

• Two reference letters from clients for whom similar work was performed in the last three years. Letter to include client name, contact person and contact numbers. 
• Proof of Company registration (CIPC), indicating directors’ details 
• Valid BBBEE certificate/Affidavit (not older than twelve months) 
• SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) 
• VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable) 
• Proof of Bank Account (not older than three months) 
• ID Copy of one of the Directors as indicated on the (CIPC) 

Closing Date: 14 August 2023 at 12h00 

Interested parties may submit quotations for one or more of the items within the Pricing Schedule. 

Enterprise Development funding contributed by the Project Company must be provided to an enterprise that is at least 50% owned and controlled by Black People or Black Women (as those terms 

are defined in the IA).

PLEASE NOTE: Perdekraal East Wind Farm reserves the right not to allocate any of the opportunities detailed below in the Pricing Schedule.
