Perdekraal East Wind Farm invites SMMEs from the four (4) partner communities (Ceres, Bella Vista, Nduli and Prince Alfred Hamlet) to submit proposals for the design, writing, editing, translating and printing of 3000 newsletters. The Project Company will provide all the required information and pictures of the projects featured in the newsletter. 

The following mandatory documentation needs to be submitted to the Project Company: 

– Company Profile and/or proof/reference of similar services rendered 

– Proof of Company registration (CIPC registration) 

– ID document 

– BBBEE certificate/affidavit 

– Owner of the Company must be a resident of Ceres, Prince Alfred Hamlet, Bella Vista or Nduli 

– Tax Clearance Certificate (Tax Compliance Pin) 

– Proof of Bank Account (Not older than 3 months) 

– Signed Quotation (pricing Schedule) as per attachment below
