RFQ – BACK TO SCHOOL UNIFORM ITEMS |
The Perdekraal East Wind Farm is doing a school uniform project in the Partner Communities (Ceres, Prince Alfred Hamlet, Nduli, Bella Vista and surrounding farms). The Project Company will be supporting 320 school learners with winter school jackets and/or jerseys.
The Project Company invites interested SMME’s from the above-mentioned communities who are interested to submit a quote to supply winter school jackets and/or jerseys.
The following mandatory documentation needs to be submitted to the Project Company:
- Company profile with proof of similar services rendered for last two years, in the following format:

- Two reference letters from clients for whom similar work was performed in the last two years. Letter to include client name, contact person and contact numbers.
- Proof of Company registration (CIPC), indicating directors’ details
- Valid BBBEE certificate/Affidavit (not older than twelve months)
- SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS)
- VAT Registration Certificate (if applicable)
- Proof of Bank Account (not older than three months)
Please submit a quote for the winter school jackets and/or jerseys and related services as detailed below.

Interested parties may submit quotations for all of the items within the Pricing Schedule.
Terms and Conditions apply. The approved bidder will sign an agreement in respect of service required.
PLEASE NOTE: Perdekraal East Wind Farm reserves the right not to allocate any of the opportunities detailed below in the Pricing Schedule.
